grew up in the hills of West Virginia, following my father and three older brothers on hunts. I spent most of my summers hunting groundhogs in the fields surrounding my home. In the fall my attention turned to hunting squirrel, grouse, and rabbit. When winter hit I chased whitetail as much as I could. Followed by fox hunting here and there. When I got into high school I started hunting turkey in the spring. That all changed in 1991... I was deer hunting my families farm and got a glimpse of a pack of coyote chasing a doe. From that day on I found myself thinking about predators more and more...

In 2003 I started giving seminars to those who wanted to know more about predators. Enough people showed interest that I founded The Mid South Predator Callers Association... we are a nonprofit organization that helps educate the public and other hunters about predators and the impact on the environment that we live and hunt in. We play an active role with all of our local conservation organizations. They call upon us year round to help with depredation work on their properties.

I have a degree in architectural computer aided drafting... I graduated in 1995 and moved to Memphis, TN and started working in structural engineering. I moved to Erie, PA in 2000 to work in steel manufacturing. Then back to Memphis in 2003, to make a major change in my life. I quit all the 60 and 70 hour weeks and simplified my life. I started working in outdoor orientated retail and have never looked back. I also work for Buck Gardner Calls in their research and development department designing predator calls.

I have two sons... Ricky (8) and James (7months) they are the driving force in my life. I am engaged to the love of my life Bridget... she keeps me in check (most of the time).
