250 savage load data

The 250-3000/250 Sav has been around for 110 years and there is plethora of loads data out there. You should have no problem working up a load for your rifle. One of the great things about reloading is tailoring loads for your rifle.
Asking for and expecting someone to give hot loads is not working out because hot loads are usually rifle specific and on the edge of being overloaded. Loads safe in a bolt Action can lock up a Sav 1899/99.

Yep, work your way up from starting loads and watch for pressure along the way.

No need to load the 250 hot, its a great round with mild to mid loads. If you want more power move up to a 257Rob. Just my 2 cents.

I run my .257Bob at .250-3000 velocities and it works very well.
